All International Packages Shipped, New Munchkin Mini-Expansions Now on Kickstarter!

We can now report that the last of the international packages have shipped; if you do not see your rewards by mid-April, please email [email protected] for support and the team will help resolve any shipping errors. We are sorry that the international rewards took so long to sort out; the one bit of good news: We have learned from the process and have solutions in place to both better set expectations and improve the delivery time of international rewards on future project. Thank you to everyone for your patience as we handled the shipping issues.

UK/EU/AUS/NZ Shipping Update! Part Deux

Unicorns & Friends have entered EU postal networks!

Earlier today the folks at GamesQuest informed me that all EU packages have entered their appropriate postal networks. I've also confirmed (thanks to those of you in the comments) that tracking emails have been sent out. Over the next 7-14 business days look for Unicorns to be coming your way. 

If you didn't receive a tracking email, never fear. This does not mean that your package was not shipped. Give it the 14 days as mentioned above, and if you still don't have something, email us at [email protected]

To our friends in Australia and New Zealand. Earlier today I was working with GamesQuest to get the appropriate values set for customs purposes. They informed me that once I supplied the information necessary, they will be able to ship tomorrow. Be on the lookout for those as well!

To everyone who has stuck with us and remained patient and understanding, you have no idea how much that means to us. Thank you! The setbacks and hurdles we overcame here will help us to improve our shipping worldwide in the future, while also continuing to take burden off of your pockets by handling VAT and duties and not passing those charges on.

UK/EU/AUS/NZ Shipping Update!

First off, I want to thank each and every one of you who has been impacted by the execution of our shipping on this project. We are genuinely appreciative of your patience and sticking with us.

On to the news!

Earlier this morning I was informed by our UK partners that we expect the pallets to clear customs tomorrow. Our current optimistic outlook is to have all of the packages received and inserted into post by 2/28. Please note, that this is an optimistic outlook, and can potentially be delayed by any number of things, but we feel better sharing this information than leaving you completely in the dark. We are super close to having things in the mail, and from that point, it'll just be standard delivery times.

Shipping Updates

We wanted to provide you an update on shipping of your Munchkin Unicorns and Friends pledges. We apologize for this update taking longer than we would have liked. We expected to have concrete information to share long before now.

UK, EU, NZ, and AU

After spending the last few weeks sending messages and voicemail back and forth, we finally have an ETA from our carrier. The current ETA for the product to arrive is just before the end of February. To speed up delivery, each pledge has been pre-packed, allowing the team to ship immediately once the games arrive at the warehouse. We hope to have all pledges well into their shipping process before the end of March.

We know that this process has taken longer than initially expected. We made a promise that we would not pass along VAT and duties fees to our EU customers, but in making that commitment, we entered a whole new world of regulations and complications. 

US and Canada 

If you are in the United States or Canada and HAVE completed your survey, but HAVE NOT received your Unicorns pledge items, please email me directly ([email protected]). Include your full name on the order, shipping address, and email address.
